At SZC Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unused condition with all security tags intact. For hygiene reasons, hair extensions that have been unbundled, worn, or altered cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your SZC Hair account or visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the hair products in their original packaging, ensuring the gold security seal is unbroken to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the hair, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
